This event was open to 2nd through 5th-grade students in the Houston area interested in exploring the home services trades, including HVAC and AC repair. The first field trip occurred on January 20th, 2023, with over 400 students attending to date and will continue as local schools continue to participate.

The "John Moore Experience Field Trip for Schools" is a unique opportunity for students to learn about the trades, including AC and HVAC repair, in a fun and interactive way. The event consisted of six activity stations allowing students to explore the most popular home services trades, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and AC repair. Each station was led by a John Moore Services expert who guided the students through the activity and answered any questions they may have.

John Moore designed the six activity stations to give students a comprehensive understanding of the trades, including HVAC and AC repair. At the Power Rangers Station, students learned about how an electrical system works and competed to complete a wiring circuit race. At the Filtration Station, they explore the importance of water quality and perform a water quality test. At the Royal Flush Station, they run a sewer camera through a mock "sewer system" to diagnose issues. At the Water Works Station, they learn about the urban water cycle and simulate a plumbing re-pipe. At the Clear the Air Station, they explore the push and pull of high-velocity air, including HVAC, and the importance of filters, including AC repair. At the Junior Technician Station, they learn what it takes to become a licensed tradesman, including HVAC and AC repair, and create an official John Moore badge to take home.
